Ameresco Geothermal designs, builds and finances geothermal and renewable energy systems for commercial, institutional and multi-residential buildings.

As a full service renewable energy contractor, we optimize the building’s overall energy performance and costs by analyzing the energy needs of the building and professionally engineering a geothermal or hybrid renewable energy system to provide 100% of the heating, cooling and some or all of the domestic hot water.

Ameresco Geothermal will design a geothermal energy field and/or a solar installation that is customized for your site and building.

Ameresco Geothermal will work with your Mechanical and Electrical engineers to fully integrate the system into the design for the building. We will provide automated energy system controls and work with your architectural team to identify structural and space savings by eliminating equipment usually required by traditional HVAC systems. Ameresco Geothermal will professionally assess energy savings, assisting with LEED® applications and federal and provincial rebate and incentive programs.

In addition to customized design and integration, Ameresco Geothermal offers 100% financing for our geothermal and renewable energy systems. We will design and build the system at no capital cost to the customer, in exchange for a 30 year, fixed price Energy Supply Agreement that guarantees the operating costs are less than occupants would pay to operate a conventional HVAC system. This includes repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment (even at life). So no more unpredictable energy price increases and no unexpected charges for repairs
